1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using PCTLogistic's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Service Description

PCTLogistic provides logistics and cargo delivery services across Indonesia. Our services include but are not limited to:

• Express and standard delivery services
• International and domestic shipping
• Specialized cargo handling
• Warehousing and fulfillment services
• Real-time package tracking

3. User Responsibilities

Users of our services agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete shipment information
• Properly package items according to our guidelines
• Not ship prohibited or restricted items
• Pay all applicable fees and charges
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

4. Prohibited Items

The following items are strictly prohibited from shipment:

• Hazardous materials and dangerous goods
• Illegal substances and contraband
• Weapons and explosives
• Perishable items without proper packaging
• Items restricted by customs regulations
• Currency and negotiable instruments

5. Pricing and Payment

All prices are subject to change without notice. Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed. We accept various payment methods including bank transfer, credit cards, and e-wallets.

6. Liability Limitations

PCTLogistic's liability is limited to the declared value of the shipment or the actual loss, whichever is lower. Maximum liability does not exceed IDR 10,000,000 per shipment unless additional insurance is purchased.

7. Claims and Disputes

Claims for loss or damage must be filed within 14 days of delivery. All disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with Indonesian law.

8. Privacy Policy

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Personal information collected is used solely for service delivery and will not be shared with third parties without consent, except as required by law.

9. Modifications to Terms

PCTLogistic reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes. Continued use of services after modifications constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
